We gladly accept pre-approved purchase orders. A puchase order is valid if it contains:
Verifiable School District Information,
Contact Person and Signature,
Pre-approved amount must cover all fees and shipping, and
Terms must be clearly listed on the purchase order.

Shipping Information

Our policy is to ship on line orders within 48 hours after your order is received in our offices. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within this time frame, we will notify you. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.

All freight rates are for ground service.

For next day delivery or any other special delivery service, please call us toll free at 817-441-9360

STANDARD SHIPPING

UPS, FEDEX or US POSTAL standard ground service will be used to ship your order. Transit time will take from one to six business days depending on final package destination.

Please note that we do not accept P.O. Box addresses.

We must have your authorization before we ship any merchandise to you using any other service other than regular ground. If you wish to use your own UPS or FEDEX account for this purpose, we will be happy to charge freight directly to your account.

REFUNDS.

We gladly accept merchandise in it's original wrappers for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. The materials routed for refund must be received within 45 days of purchase. All credit cards will be credited for returned materials. Checks must clear the bank prior to re-imbursement. We will not accept materials that are used or shop-worn. We will not refund for books or manuals and all sales are final on printed materials.


RETURNS

All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for material that appears to be shop worn or used.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on printed materials.

IF YOUR FREIGHT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, please make every effort to talk with the carrier directly upon receiving the order and refuse to accept the damaged materials. IF YOUR SHIPPED MATERIALS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, do NOT open the materieals, contact our office, 817-441-9360, and we will make every effort to assist you in resolving the delivery problem.
